Here is a picture of the crystal drop that I made to dress up my shillelagh for Andrea's wedding. I wanted to make matching jewelry, probably a necklace and bracelet, and also a hair clip. I have always said that if someday I might need a walking stick, I would definitely decorate it ~ much more fun than the ugly ones seen in medical supply stores and catalogs! Years ago there was a woman who appeared on Aleene's Creative Living and she had a plastic cane that she had unscrewed and filled with silk flowers...so I decided then and there that I would find a way to "dress mine up" if I ever had that excuse. Now's my chance... :)...Here's another view:
